Experience the magic of travel and adventure without even leaving the station! Welcome to our one-of-a-kind short-term rental that’s not just a stay, but a journey back in time to the golden age of railways. Perfectly situated for explorers and train enthusiasts, this unique train station-themed retreat promises an unforgettable experience!

Step into a world of imagination as you enter our 2,668 sq. ft. train-themed home. Each room has been uniquely designed to capture the experience of traveling by train, from vintage charm to modern luxury. Immerse yourself in the spirit of adventure while enjoying the modern amenities and cozy furnishings that ensure your stay is both comfortable and memorable.

Once you arrive to the property you will see a beautiful home with lots of greenery and trees in the front yard. There is a driveway located to the right that offers parking for up to 7 cars (2 in the garage, 5 in the driveway). We do not allow street parking.

While you enter the front door you will greeted by a tall ceiling entryway! (Look up to enjoy the chandelier that looks like it came straight out of a train station!) To your left, the dining car awaits, there is seating for 8 guests here! Straight ahead from the front door is the walk way to see our hand-painted mural (Take pictures and post them for all your family and friends to see!) and the comfortable living room. Here is where you will see the train car leather couches! Enjoy sitting and having a movie night with the 65 inch Smart TV! There are streaming services, such as, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and more! There is also a half bath located next to the doggy nook!

Right next to the living room is a breakfast room and the kitchen! There is seating for 4 at the table and 4 at the kitchen island! There are high-end kitchen appliances with tons of cabinet space! The kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils, cookware, and spices, to make sure cooking is a breeze!

The master bedroom car, located on the first floor down the way from the living room, has a king size bed with plush pillows! There is a peaceful reading nook that offers great lighting by the window during the day and sconces that can be switched on at night. Don’t forget about the cozy fireplace that can warm the room up within minutes! The en-suite bathroom is coach class, featuring a spacious closet, a separate tiled shower, a rejuvenating jacuzzi bathtub, and modern fixtures, including his and hers sinks.

Now, it’s time to go upstairs to the bi-level rail cars! You will discover four additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms! To the right, the sleeper rooms illustrate built-in bunk beds, providing lots of space for bigger groups! To the left, the sleeper rooms reveal high-class queen size beds with plush pillows!

The bi-level also entails a movie theater / children’s play room right as you come to the top of the stairs! Here you will find an area for children to enjoy all night. There are 4 bean bag seats, as well as, seating on top of the train car! Kids can enjoy the 65” Smart TV and have a movie night!

But that’s not all – the excitement continues outdoors with your own private oasis – the spacious backyard that is great for pets and kids! Take a dip in the inviting heated pool, soak in the warmth of the hot tub, or simply unwind on the giant patio area!

PLEASE NOTE: Additional fees apply for heating the pool. Heating the Hot Tub is Free and included in your reservation. Feel free to ask for more details if you’re interested!

The two-car garage includes a Level 2 Tesla EV charger at your disposal, accommodating your electric vehicle needs. If you’re driving a different electric vehicle, simply bring a J1772 adapter for seamless charging.

Forgetting your essentials is no concern here, as a backup supply of toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, is at your service. The practicalities of laundry are effortlessly handled with the included washer and dryer, furnished with detergent and dryer sheets.

**Disclosure – we are located half a mile away from a train track, you may hear trains passing by during your stay!**

Guests can access the entire home except for two owners closets. One closet is in the master bathroom downstairs and the other closet is under the stairs across from the mural wall. Both of those closets are locked. Besides that, the rest of the house is yours to use including the pool, hot tub, and garage!

    • Rental Agreement and Verification
      - Sign rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.
      - This document will be included in your boarding pass instructions, which you\'ll receive automatically after reserving the property
      - Verify details and ID through Know Your Guest

    • In Case of Emergency
      - Call or text for emergencies
      - Shut off water supply for plumbing emergencies
      - Dial 911 for major emergencies
      - Message us for non-emergency questions

    • Damage Waiver or Security Deposit
      * Less than 8 guests
      - Option 1: $1000 Security Deposit fully refundable if the property remains undamaged. Please note that the refund might take up to 14 days, depending on your credit card company.
      - Option 2: $99 Damage Waiver (non-refundable) covers the cost of any accidental loss or damage to the property, its contents, or caused by you, your guests, or accompanying pets, up to $299.
      * 8 or more guests
      - Option 1: $2500 Security Deposit fully refundable if the property remains undamaged. Please note that the refund might take up to 14 days, depending on your credit card company.
      - Option 2: $299 Damage Waiver (non-refundable) covers the cost of any accidental loss or damage to the property, its contents, or caused by you, your guests, or accompanying pets, up to $750.

      - Check-in at 4 pm, check-out at 10 am
      - Early check-in and late check-out available for a fee (if approved). Options will be provided in your boarding pass

      - The property is for single-family residential use only.
      - Violation results in termination of occupancy and fees

    • Guest Count Limit (Including Overnight and Visitors)
      - The maximum capacity for the property is 16 individuals
      - Violation results in termination of occupancy and fees

    • Noise Limits
      - No loud noise (above 75 dB) at any time
      - Quiet hours 8pm-8am

    • Parking Limit (Includes Driveway, Garage & Street)
      - Maximum of 7 cars (5 in driveway, 2 in garage, 0 on street)
      - Proper parking required, no blocking driveways or mailboxes
      - Improperly parked cars may be towed
      - If the property you reserved is on a corner or by a fire hydrant, street parking is not allowed.

    • Disclosure of Cameras & Minut Noise Monitoring
      - Cameras are located outside only. They cover front door, back door, sides of the home and driveways.
      - Minut noise monitoring devices located inside & outside. These track the decibel level and do not record.
      - For your privacy, there are no recording or monitoring devices inside the home.

    • Pet Policy
      - Prior written approval required for pets
      - Pet fee of $99 per pet per stay.
      - If pets are brought to the property and not approved, the fee is $200 per night per pet.
      - RENTERS ASSUME ALL LIABILITY FOR PETS
      - Do not allow your pets on the furniture.
      - Pick up pet waste in the yard prior to checking-out

    • No Refunds Outside of Strict Policy
      - Reservations made on the third-party travel sites follow the cancellation policy posted on the property listing.
      - Reservations made directly are subject to the following policy:
      - Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in the forfeiture of your entire payment.
      - Cancellations more than 31 days prior to the Arrival Date will receive a 50% refund of the total rental rate.
      - No refunds due to COVID-19 related issues or closures.
      - No refunds or compensation will be given for any failure of any appliances or amenity such as but not limited to HVAC systems, dishwashers, refrigerators, cable or satellite TV, internet access, televisions, or swimming pools. Property may experience service and utility outages; in such a case, notify BVR immediately. We will do everything within our power to correct the situation as soon as possible.
      - Texas has bugs and they vary by the season. Notify us if you find any pest issues. We do not offer refunds for pests such as roaches, spiders, ants, flies, etc. We have routine pest control scheduled by professionals.

    • Additional Charges
      - Extra Guest Fee: After 8 guests, $50 per person, per night. Fee applies to all guests and visitors, regardless if they are staying the night.

    • Damages, Security Deposit, and Fees
      - Failure to vacate without prior approval will result in a $150 fee plus $50 per hour.
      - If your failure to vacate affects our ability to prepare for the next booking, you agree to pay 100% of the next reservation and / or 100% of the cost incurred by cleaners due to rescheduling or waiting for you to vacate.
      - Security deposits are refunded after move-out inspection with no damages.
      - Security deposit includes deposits paid and / or credit card pre-authorization.
      - Do not remove remotes or other devices. We Check Every Time.
      - Cleaning fee covers normal use only.
      - Renter agrees to pay replacement cost for stains and items or areas that cannot be cleaned.

      - Guests agree to take out the trash on the designated days.
      - Guests will be charged for stained or ruined towels or linens.
      - Guests agree to treat the home with care. Moving furniture may result in extra fees
      - Guests are responsible for service call charges if misuse or lack of knowledge.
      - Third party security companies may be used to enforce rule violations. The fee is $300 for each trip.
      - Texas Property Code §92.108 states that Landlord may charge for: damages; deodorize & excessive cleaning; unpaid rent; late charges; pet charges; missing or damaged furniture, electronics or other devices; Landlord\'s cost to access the Property if made inaccessible by Tenant; removing abandoned property; illegally parked vehicles; Attorney\'s fees, court fees, costs of service, and other costs incurred in any legal proceeding against Tenant; rules violation fees or other items for which Tenant is responsible for under this agreement; cost to restore walls, flooring, landscaping or alteration to the Property not approved in writing by Landlord; damages to the Property caused by smoking, including but not limited to stains, burns, odors, and removal of debris.

    • Safety
      - Guests are responsible for their safety around the following items (if applicable): pool, hot tub, and property hazards
      - Pool/Hot Tub (if applicable): No unsupervised children under 13. Use at your own risk.
      - No lifeguard on duty. There is not any additional signage to this effect in the pool area. Use the pool or hot tub at your own risk.
      - Do not stand on the hot tub or pool covers. When not using the hot tub, please leave the cover on so hot tub will stay warm.
      - GUEST and their guests use the pool and/or hot tub AT THEIR OWN RISK and have agreed to INDEMNIFY and HOLD HARMLESS the HOST if accident should occur from use both proper or improper.

    • Enforcement of This Agreement
      - Guests agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this agreement at all times and shall cause all members of their group and / or anyone else allowed on the Property to abide by this agreement at all times.
      - Guests are responsible for payment, deposits, Property damages and all responsibilities within this Rental Agreement.
      - Violations can result in immediate termination of occupancy & removal from the property.
      - Guests are responsible for returning the accommodation in its received condition.
      - Housekeeping: No daily service provided. Do not take towels or linens.
      - Guests agree that they are not residents, but are offered short-term, transient, use in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by the hotel or innkeeper laws of Texas.
      - Renters agree to obey Local Laws and Deed Restrictions.
      - Renters are responsible for ALL loss, damage, or missing items during their stay.
      - HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY: HOST of rental property shall not be liable for any damages and/or injury to GUEST and/or their guest(s), or their personal property due to GUEST\’S acts, actions or neglect. GUEST agrees to hold HOST harmless against any claim for damage and/or injury due to GUEST\’S act or neglect or their guests act or neglect.
      - NO SMOKING INSIDE. VIOLATION COST IS $2500 deodorizing treatment and 100% OF THE NEXT RESERVATION IF THEY CANNOT STAY.
      - Renters agree to keep the property secured and locked.
      - If any part of this agreement is invalid, the rest of the agreement is still enforceable.
      - Mistakes or errors on the part of the owners or their representatives will not change or reduce money owed or invalidate this agreement.
      - In the event BVR is unable to deliver Property to Guest under this agreement, Guest agrees that BVR sole liability will be to issue a full refund for unused nights. Guest expressly acknowledges that in no event shall BVR be held liable for any consequential or secondary damages, including but not limited to any expenses incurred because of travel, cost of re-renting, etc.
      - If occupancy termination is necessary, no refunds will be given.
      - Failure to comply may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of payments.
      - Eviction charge: $2500 plus loss of remaining time if not vacated as agreed.
